    The concept of The Archive by Imtiaz

    The Archive by Imtiaz is a Dubai project by Imtiaz Developments built around the idea of living with books and a library. Around 10,000 books are planned for the lobby, so the entrance feels more like a reading room than a typical apartment lobby.

    My analysis of the project

    This is how I read the project as a Senior Sales Manager at Imtiaz Developments: The Archive is aimed at buyers who want a calmer, more thoughtful way of living in Dubai, where the building itself has a story. The launch day was busy with the sales team and partner brokers, but it was not a full sell-out on the day. Sales continue through the team and partner brokers. For comparison, another Imtiaz launch, Raw District, sold out on launch day with almost AED 2 billion of property sold.
