The concept of Raw District by Imtiaz
Raw District by Imtiaz is a Dubai project by Imtiaz Developments built around work and life balance. It combines commercial and residential space in one place, located in front of the Life Pharmacy metro station, so daily travel is simple.
My analysis of the project
In my view as a Senior Sales Manager at Imtiaz Developments, Raw District takes a little inspiration from the idea of a modern campus such as the Google headquarters, where work, rest and community sit close together. Having offices, homes and a metro station within walking distance is what makes the concept practical. The launch day sold out, with almost AED 2 billion of property sold.
